Jubli® honey spread & oats cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Jubli butter
  • 1/2  Honey or real maple syrup
  • 2/3  Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups thoroughly grounded oats
  • 1 1/2 cups whole oats
  • 1/2  cup coco or coffee nibs or dark chocolate chips

    Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    2. Scoop with a spoon and roll into 40-45g balls - flatten slightly.
    3. Freeze for the night.
    4. While still frozen bake for 12 minutes on 300f.
