Homemade sesame ice cream
Ingredients:
11 egg yolks
34oz heavy whipping cream
34oz of Jubli® honey spread
1cup diced dates
1cup roasted sesame seeds
Preparation:
- Place the cream, into a medium saucepan set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks; add the cream a little at a time, stirring continually.
- Mix in the Jubli® honey spread.
- Stir well and add the diced dates.
- Place in refrigerators to reach room temp, and only then freeze.
- Serve with warm Jubli cocoa spread
