Homemade sesame ice cream

Ingredients:

11 egg yolks
34oz heavy whipping cream
34oz of Jubli® honey spread
1cup diced dates
1cup roasted sesame seeds

Preparation:

    1. Place the cream, into a medium saucepan set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks; add the cream a little at a time, stirring continually.
    3. Mix in the Jubli® honey spread.
    4. Stir well and add the diced dates.
    5. Place in refrigerators to reach room temp, and only then freeze.
    6. Serve with warm Jubli cocoa spread
