Jubli® Silk Cocoa Pie

INGREDIENTS

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (Optional)

      Pie filling:

      • 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup cup Jubli® Cocoa Sesame butter.
      • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
      • 1.5 cup (12 ounces) Creme Fraiche (Preferred) or Cool Whip
      • Whip cream

      DIRECTIONS

      Graham Cracker Crust:

      • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
      • Bake at 370 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. 

        Pie filling:

        • Spread 1/4 cup of the Jubli spread over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
        • In a large bowl, beat remaining Jubli®, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
        • Fold in Creme Fraiche.
        • Pour the filling into prepared crust.
        • Refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight
        • If desired, before serving, top with fresh whipped cream and drizzle with warm Jubli® Cocoa Sesame butter.
